How much is delivery or can i collect?
Delivery within the UK is £3.95, generally items are sent via Royal mail 2nd class. For the large pieces of furniture/tables etc is typically £99. Alternatively your welcome to collect from my Workshop in Stoke Golding (by pre-arrangement only) simple choose your preferred option and checkout.
I haven’t received my order, can I get a refund?
Replacements/refunds are issued if your item doesn’t arrive and is classified as lost. As per Royal Mail policies this is 10 working days after expected delivery date for UK orders and 30 working days for overseas orders
Am I able to return to an item?
If you change your mind, let me know within 14 days of delivery and
Dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Special order, personalised or made to order are excluded from returns.
Can you help me with what size stand I need?
How is my item packaged for delivery?
Wooden Stand for displaying 150mm diameter circular glass piece held with clamps.
Handmade to order in my small Leicestershire workshop the stands are made from Prime quality kiln dried Oak.
The ‘clamp’ can hold pieces between 5mm and 8mm and is simply adjusted using a screwdriver(not included) to tighten.
Each stand has been sanded and finished with a hard wearing oil.

Yes I can offer suggested guidance however there's such a wide range of glass stands all of which all have varying limitations on the size of glass art that than can be displayed. Factors such as the Length, width, thickness, distribution, surface the stands is displayed upon, draft etc will all effect our products maximum, height, thickness, and weight they can safely bare, so it is difficult to give a maximum size for each stand.
Ultimately the responsibility is with your self to ensure your workpiece is secure before displaying. Please use your own judgement as Boo Star Wood can not be held responsible.
Do you offer bulk discount on your glass stands?
Where ever possible we look to recycle and reuse packaging materials. Cardboard boxes, bubble wrap etc are all kept from deliveries we receive and used to ensure your items are received in the excellent condition that they are in intended
