Large Spalted alder 11mm grooved stand for glass display

Handmade in my Leicestershire workshop Spalted Alder has unique and beautiful grain patterns with different colours. 
The stand has been cut, planed, sanded and finally finished with a hard wearing wax/oil
Stand size is 40cm  x 9cm x 3.2cm
The groove is 11mm wide and 14mm deep
