Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If you change your mind, let me know within 14 days of delivery and Dispatch items back to me within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Special order, personalised or made to order are excluded from returns.
We will accept returns for items that are faulty or not fit for purpose. We will request pictures of any fault and once received if we deem that’s the item is not fit for purpose we will offer you a replacement, a repair or a refund. We would expect an item made of natural wood to experience small movements, minor cracks and twists and personally feel that this adds to the beauty of rustic furniture. Please note that we do not accept returns for bespoke products. In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned we will arrange collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage we may deduct the value of the damage from the amount refunded. We will contact you to arrange the refund of any money owed to you.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to the result of normal wear and tear. When you buy something online we understand that you’re taking a leap of faith, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of the order being placed or before dispatch whichever comes first. Please be aware for any bespoke orders we may ask for a deposit to secure your order and in order to purchase materials. If the order is then cancelled and materials have been purchased or production has started we will not refund the deposit paid.

Solid Wood products
Due to the natural character of the wood each product will have unique characteristics and appearance with naturally occurring variations in colour, texture and grain pattern.
Wood is a natural material that responds to temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting. Although every care is taken to ensure our products are able to handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wood. Your items can experience small movements and minor cracks and twists as it adjusts, this is not a fault but a natural occurrence within the fibres of the wood. Wood will inevitably repsond to its enviroment and we strongly recommend that you do not place a natural wood product close to heat sources such as a radiator, underfloor heating, or near to a window receiving direct sunlight for long periods of time. The temperature changes could damage the wood causing warping or splitting. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by items that have been placed close to a heat source against our recommendation
Glass Display Stands
There's a wide range of glass stands all of which all have varying limitations on the size of glass art that than can be displayed. Factors such as the Length, width, thickness, distribution, surface the stands is displayed upon etc will all effect our products maximum, height, thickness, and weight they can safely bare, so it is difficult to give a maximum size for each stand.
I can offer suggested guidance however ultimately the responsibility is with your self to ensure your workpiece is secure before displaying. Please use your own judgement as Boo Star Wood can not be held responsible.
